Located in the rolling hills of Western Wisconsin – the heart of America’s dairyland – Muddy Flats Cattle Company is the brainchild of Brady Dickinsen, a young man with a passion for farming and raising cattle, and Michael Goodell, a University of Wisconsin graduate with professional culinary training and a love for beef.  Fed twice a day by hand, our herd of 100% Fullblood Wagyu Cattle has grown to over 160 head. Our belief in a hands-on approach and interpersonal relationship with each animal creates a more beneficial environment for our animals and results in a higher quality product for our customers.
